YOGA OFFERINGS
YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA
Join me for a relaxing, slow paced yin yoga practice that is aimed at gently stimulating the flow of our vital life force also known as prana throughout the body. During this session we will access the deeper connective tissues by holding traditional yin poses longer than a typical slow flow class. As a result of holding postures for a longer amount of time and tapping into the deeper tissues of the body we will begin to increase circulation and flexibility, while also organically calming the nervous system.
This class is 100% guided. Modifications are provided and encouraged to make your practice your very own.
Suggested items for class:
1. Wear Comfortable Clothing (highly suggested)
2. Yoga Mat (highly suggested).
3. Blocks, Pillows, Blankets, Bolsters, Yoga Straps for support/comfort
REGGAE & YOGA
Join me for an energizing Reggae & Yoga Flow Experience. In this practice we will cultivate an energizing yet calming slow flow practice that will serve to energize the mind, body and spirit while enjoying the rhythmic melodies of classic Jamaican roots reggae and dub.
In this low impact, slow rhythmic flow you will receive the best of both worlds. We will cultivate flows while also taking the time to hold postures for multiple breaths to develop heat and strength in the body. In this flow we will focus on connecting the breath, mind and body with slow smooth transitions and mild stretching and/or rest between poses
This class is 100% guided. Modifications are provided and encouraged.
